What we collect

• Contact and project details. Name, business name, email, phone, and project information you send through our quote or contact forms.
• Order details. When you buy, we collect billing name, email, and order information. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Account details. If you create a store account, your name, email, and order history.
• Website usage data. We use Google Analytics (GA4), which uses cookies to collect anonymous usage information such as pages viewed, device type, and approximate location.

How we use it

To answer your request, deliver your project, process payments, provide support, keep the site secure, and understand which pages are helpful. We may email you about your project or order. We only send marketing email if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the business (such as Stripe for payments, our hosting provider, Google Analytics, and email services), or when the law requires it.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies for shopping cart and login function and for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site’s cart and account features may not work without them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing info@luidesigns.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may keep records we’re legally required to keep (such as invoices).

Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is perfectly secure. Our services are for businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Our services

We provide web design, logos and branding, print and vehicle graphics design, AI consulting sessions, and related digital products, as described on each product or package page. Scope, price, and deliverables are those shown on the page or in your written quote.

Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is due as stated on the order or quote, and work begins after payment (or the deposit, if one is listed). You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Your content and approvals

You confirm you own or have permission to use any logos, images, text, or other materials you send us. You are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs, copy, and final files before they are used or printed. We design; you print. We are not responsible for errors in print, signage, or vehicle graphics after you approve the design.

Revisions

Logo projects include up to 3 rounds of changes to your chosen concept. Other services include the revisions stated on their page or quote. Additional revisions or changes in scope may be quoted separately.

Ownership

When your final invoice is paid in full, you own the final approved deliverables made for you. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to. Third-party items (fonts, stock images, plugins, themes) remain under their own licenses.

Websites, hosting, domain, and email

Website packages include a free first year of hosting, domain, and email, as described on the package page. After the first year, hosting renews at the rate shown on the package page. If a renewal is not paid, we will notify you, and the site and email go offline after a 30-day grace period. We recommend keeping your own copy of your content.

Custom merch

Custom merch designs are sold as a design fee. The shirt or merch item is bought separately on Amazon through the private link we send you, under Amazon’s prices and terms. Amazon handles that order, including shipping, sizing, and returns. You confirm you have the rights to any artwork or photos you send, and we cannot use trademarks, brand logos, or celebrity likenesses.

Turnaround

Timelines are estimates and depend on how quickly you provide content and feedback. If we do not hear from you for 30 days, we may treat the project as closed.

Refunds

If you cancel before we start work, you get a full refund. Once work has started, or once you have approved a design, payments are non-refundable because the time has already been spent. If something is wrong with what we delivered, contact us first and we will work to fix it.

Limits of liability

Our services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Lui Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from materials you supply or your misuse of what we deliver.

AI-assisted work

Some of our design work uses AI tools, and a person reviews and finishes every deliverable. AI Opportunity Sessions offer general guidance, not legal, financial, or technical guarantees.

Changes and governing law

We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
